Thick lean bacon or fresh side,(that is Bacon that isn't cured)
1 egg beaten
1 cup of buttermilk
hot sauce to your taste

beat mixture
self rising flour salt,lots of pepper mix together

dip bacon in the egg mixture
roll in flour mixture and
fry in deep oil
till crisp
makes a delish sandwich
with a big slab of
fresh tomato.

it is good, if you rather not deep fry it, you can uses less oil and pan fry it.
