Todays evening menu is grilled ribeyes and grilled fresh corn on the cob, a large salad made with fresh veggies from the garden and a big pot of fresh greens and bacon., to finish the menu I am topping it off with a pizza cake. Just found the recipe today it is so easy and quick and with all the teenagers coming over tonight it is sure to be a big hit.

Tonight I'm having leftover pork roast with boiled red potatoes and green beans. Then for a snack before I hit the hay I'll have an ice cream sandwich.

Chicken enchiladas,salad,Spanish rice and snicker doodle cookies,orange sherbert for dessert.

I got lucky my kids are taking me to Red Lobster for my BD.

What did you get? I usually have to get the lobster with some fish and hush puppies. The seafood platter is great also you get a little of a lot of things. Nice mix.

Another sleep over night so I am fixing quesadillas, enchiladas, and a 7 layer dip, a huge bowl of fresh fruit cut up with philly and marshmallow dip .

Easy way out tonight Chinese take out, better yet delivery, four girls sleeping over and I am to lazy to cook tonight.

Well you do more cooking in one week than I do in year..lol You deserve a break from it. I wish I was on the receiving end of your meals you make, I'd be a happy camper in the food department for sure. You eat like royalty compared to me. I'm happy for you though..

Wanna know what I have for supper? I had a piece of toast with peanut butter on it. I'm not complaining though, it was good.

I dearly love peanut butter, I eat it on pancakes, make banana sandwiches with it, and love apples dipped in it. I always have a huge jar on the shelf, these kids eat it with celery.

Just saw the neatest trick to make taco salad bowls, turn a cupcake pan upside down fold up the tortilla between the cupcake bottom, bake for 10 min. at 375 degrees, perfectly molded shells.

Baby-back ribs on the grill, fresh corn on the cob , cabbage rolls with shrimp stuffing and lettuce roll ups, fresh peach ice cream and pound cake for dessert.

Family and friends gathered,for a picnic,though hot ,we could all dive into pool to cool off,,we had a diversity of delicious dishes, including watermelon.. cold beer also!

This is gonna be another grill night, I have a big redfish, some jumbo shrimp, and a slew of veggies,a big salad and to top it off think I will make a satsuma cake and homemade icecream. Feeding teenage girls is a full time job 12 days till school starts and it will slow down during the week.

Baby backs in the marinade, fresh corn soaking in a crab boil mixture, coleslaw already finished, mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and zucchini, green-red and yellow peppers and artichoke hearts on the kabob sticks. I am so ahead of the game today.
