With Obama in office he has turned the country into a welfare state, free phones, free everything, but the cost has now outweighed the benefit. The gov. is broke, the country is broken, with his ratings dropping like a brick his own party is running from him. Right now his approval rating is lower than President Bush was in 2005. Who would have ever thought that many Dems. would turn on him. He taught constitutional law for 10 yrs. how can he not know his stunts are illegal. The statement he was getting peoples ins. back that had been canceled is an outright lie, HE CAN'T DO THAT !!! Now estimates of up to 100 million will lose coverage by the end of the year. He is even distancing his name from Obamacare back to the Affordable Care Act.. His legacy is written he has crippled this country and god help us we have 3 more years till he is gone.

Well,we do have 3 more years of this. It is almost certain the Repubs will maintain a majority in the House.But is questionable (actually doubtful) the Repubs will NOT get a majority in the Senate. So....3 more years of confusion,failure,and blaming the Repubs for all of it.

It just got worse.The Senate changed the rules. Now a simple 51% majority instead of a 60% will be able to confirm the nomination of any fool or incompetent the Dems want.:rotl:

The vote today is one more example of Democrat destruction, voting down filibuster and throwing in a vote of nuclear, was just topping for a corrupt Senate. The Dems are grabbing at anything to keep their boat floating but Obama has pulled the plug and it is sinking.
200 years of judicial ruling was destroyed by the Dems . In 2005 Obama, Reed, Hillary and a host of other then Senators sang the praise of filibuster but the ball was in the Dem court then, now the times have changed so they opt to change the rules to suit them, the hell with history, laws or anything for the best interest of the country.

Obamacare is still a shambles, the web site is now found to be unsafe on security and may take months if not years to fix if it ever happens. The whole thing in a nutshell is the majority of the law was illegally passed, why else are Dems scrambling to reverse parts, extend timelines and backing up on who has to provide coverage. Of course unions are exempt and in the Dem. back pocket, now Catholics are suing over birth control coverage, a violation of beliefs of the church. Medical plans are so far over priced the young people who the gov. depended on to carry the burden can't afford it nor can anyone else. In what world do you get your private insurance canceled then be forced to pay higher premiums for Obama's mess plus have your coverage limited, and only be offered a handful of options. Medicines are being denied , co-pays already surging , things once covered completely are now only partially being paid for. My 86 yr old neighbor who had the double hip replacement is having trouble with one side, her ins. informed her under the NEW guidelines she is now to old for anymore procedures so she must live in pain. I think a mutiny of the American people needs to happen, stand up to corruption in Washington and take back our freedoms before we end up in a controlled environment where we have no say at all and are sheep going to slaughter at the hands of this radical gov. establishment.

Listening to a couple reports on the attempt to fix Obamamess and it was said sure you can sign up, give all your personal info, think you have a wonderful policy (of course a huge deductible but cheap rate) remember you get what you pay for, but the kicker is the back end of the process, the confirmation with insurance companies that you really have coverage, seems there is a small problem, that part of Obamamess is not fixed yet. The few who are signing up have no guarantee they have coverage. The insurance markets are not in place to complete the process. Chances are if you need medical care you will at this time be denied coverage until this little problem is solved..Guess that is why Harry Reed exempted his staff from mandatory Obamamess, seems he isn't comfortable with the coverage and promised lower rates. Not to mention the majority of peoples personal Drs. and hospitals, ( you know the ones Obama swore you could keep are not in the networks) A major medical policy (which is what is being demanded) is running close to 400.00 for one with a 6000.00 + deductible. The cheaper the policy the higher the deductible, preexisting conditions are also playing a huge factor, oh yes you will get coverage but will be paying out the nose, not to mention all the services no longer covered. Medicare and Medicaid are both dropping certain services and refusing more medicines and procedures. Just think this is only the beginning, the worst is yet to come..
