Come on boys and girls, forget the political stuff, I need a good read. I cant get to sleep at night without it! Can anyone recommend a good page turner, any subject, but not too girly. My most recent discovery was "Buried Alive" by Arnold Bennett.

Thanks Gypsy i'll give it a try, it doesn't look too taxing for my old head late at night. I won't order it through Amazon though. I try and avoid using Amazon..Two reasons ..they avoid paying any UK business taxes and they do not treat the workers at their warehouses with any respect. There was a TV programme where they secretly filmed in one of their warehouses..truly shocking.
