You don't know?? I was not in any armed service either but I know military time. IYT uses Military time too. Its common knowledge to most people.

Ok, whatever, its really easy. Works in a 24 hour time-frame.

10:30 = 10:30 AM

22:30 = 10:30 PM

etc, etc, etc...
