Forgot to put this was a tournament, with 20 teams involved, was an all day affair.

Weather today in Hickory,is gorgeous. already had me a swim felt very good, going out again after Jerry finishes cooking our brunch. we will eat out on the deck under the beautiful Blue spruces, and by the pool.

Not so great weather late afternoon,rain like heavy gully washer.,,hail wind, I was driving home from the market,had to pull over, vision was awful many people,were pulled over, I was drenched from going into the market, then a power outage,couldn't purchase my groceries,no electricity, so out again another drenching, all of Mayfield power outage,yea! the county still had power stopped at subway for Supper. Whew! what a day..

Weather still stormy and humid, lots of wind with the storm, and hard rain.

Just got home froom the market place tornado warning while I was there, sirens going off.everyone had to go to middle of the storee,it was a bit spooky,thankk goodnes for security lights and gererator.

Just fed the kittens and mom cat they are already climbing in to the trees by their shed. so cute, they hiss at Pepper, except Sweetpea extends her paw and pats him on the nose,

Three things I haven't given up on my way to healthier eating.
in the last two years I have lost 30 pounds, .Things I didn't give up,Real coffee,Half and Half, And butter ! so far so good no problems.

Judging by your photos of the meals you've had lately I'd say you're eating pretty good, I wish I ate THAT good.  

yes I do eat well, but in moderation, and small servings.

A very cool day and evening here. rain rest of the week says the weather man.

pool league, I won one, we won three all toll.we play this weekend for a trip to Las
vegas.. still a bit rainy..grass is growing like crazy!

Storms and rain here tonight. but cooler weather on the way .Thank God.

Spent Yesterday at Reelfoot Lake celebrating our 54th Anniversary. took a three hour boat tour,on pontoon and saw three eagles and a baby, a beautiful small warbler called a prothonotary Warbler yellow with black on the head, with a beautiful warble and very human friendly one landed right beside me on the park bench. Went to Boatside inn had the best Catfish Po Boy, and a Frosted mug of Michelob Ultra. a piece of Chocolate chess pie all homemade, Jerry and I shared the pie :) The lotus were blooming, we sat on the patio, the fragrance of the Lotus was awesome.

Pennies from Heaven"

I found a penny today
Just laying on the ground.
But it's not just a penny
This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from heaven
that's what my Grandpa told me.
He said Angels tossed them down
Oh, how I loved that story!

He said when an Angel misses you


They toss a penny down,
sometimes just to cheer you up
To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny
